Introduction

Dr. Anita Shulman is a highly accomplished and compassionate dentist with over three decades of experience in delivering exceptional dental care across multiple specialties. A graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine (Class of 1994), Dr. Shulman earned the prestigious Award of Excellence in Clinical Dentistry. She completed her residency training at Montefiore Hospital and served as an instructor in Operative Dentistry at Columbia University, guiding pre-clinical students with a focus on clinical precision and patient-centered care. In 1996, Dr. Shulman established her private practice in Cliffside Park, New Jersey, where she continues to offer comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages.

Dr. Shulman has pursued extensive postdoctoral training in the field of dental implantology. She completed a surgical program at the Misch Institute of Implantology in 2007 and earned a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). In 2009, she was recognized as an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). Her dedication to implant excellence was further honored in 2017, when she was certified as a Master by the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AIPM).

As an active faculty member at ADIS Atlantic Dental Implant Seminars, Dr. Shulman is committed to advancing dental education and mentoring professionals in the field of implantology and prosthodontics.

In her practice, Dr. Shulman provides a wide range of services including preventive, cosmetic, restorative, endodontic, implant, and prosthodontic treatments. She also offers aesthetic facial rejuvenation procedures, including Restylane and Radiesse injections, making her uniquely positioned to deliver both functional and cosmetic enhancements.

Dr. Shulman is known for integrating the latest technologies and eco-conscious practices in her state-of-the-art, mercury-free, and environmentally friendly dental office, serving families across the tri-state area. Her commitment to continuing education ensures she remains at the forefront of modern dentistry.

Originally from Riga, Latvia, Dr. Shulman earned her initial dental degree at Riga’s Medical Academy before immigrating to the United States in 1989. Today, she resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey, where she enjoys painting and cherishing time with her beloved granddaughters.
