Introduction

Dr. Noemi Garcia Taguinod is a dedicated and accomplished dental professional with over three decades of experience in providing compassionate, comprehensive, and advanced dental care. Born and raised in the Philippines, Dr. Taguinod completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1988 at the University of the East, College of Dentistry. In 1992, she moved to the United States to further her education and pursue clinical excellence in dentistry.

In 1997, Dr. Taguinod earned her U.S. dental degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco and became a board-certified dentist in the state of California.

Dr. Taguinod is the managing director of two thriving dental practices located in Norwalk and Anaheim, California.

Dr. Taguinod is a proud member of the California Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association (ADA), and Harbor Dental Society. She completed the Endodontic Continuum at UCLA School of Dentistry in 1999 and is a Lifetime Member of the United States Dental Institute.

In 2007, she completed a Post-Graduate Course in Orthodontics, TMJ, and Dento-Facial Orthopedics at the Southern California Orthodontic Symposium, followed by multiple advanced trainings in dental implant surgery and full-arch reconstruction, helping her gain confidence and clinical mastery beyond conventional bridgework.

Her outstanding leadership and service were recognized in 2019, when she was awarded the “Excellence in Business and Community Service” honor by the South Bay Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
